I recently bought a new card reader. Am I eligible for a refund?
If you have purchased a Card Reader on or after April 4th, 2018 Dream will provide a full refund. To request a refund please e-mail your purchase receipt, Business Name and Card Reader Serial # to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your request will be reviewed and return instructions will be provided within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of your Card Reader.
